Sow a few seeds in the pot inside from March-April or Sept-Oct for early flowers the following year.
The packet contains enough seeds to sprinkle a few outside where they are to flower as well.
When the plants in the pot are about 5 cm tall, carefully tip the pot upside down to loosen the compost. Plant the whole lot outside in a sunny spot. Poppies will flower in spring/summer and provide food for pollinators such as bees and butterflies.
Not suitable for children under 3 years: expanding compost is a choking hazard.
